VG Psychiatry PLLC is a sole provider–owned and operated practice serving clients in Washington and Oregon. Care is offered through secure telehealth sessions as well as in-person appointments in Vancouver, Washington.

Being the sole clinician, I am directly involved in every step of your care, from your first appointment through ongoing follow-up, ensuring continuity, personal attention, and a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. My practice is grounded in the values of accessibility, inclusivity, and whole-person care.

Treatment is client-centered and combines evidence-based medication management with supportive psychotherapy and lifestyle strategies.

I was raised in Guyana, South America, an experience that shaped my deep respect for culture, resilience, and the many ways people find strength in community. That perspective guides my commitment to culturally responsive and affirming care for clients from all backgrounds.

I have a particular passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, those navigating trauma and psychosis, and clients managing complex or co-occurring conditions. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in empathy. I see medication as one tool among many, and I work closely with clients to create personalized, sustainable treatment plans that align with their values and lived experience.

Credentials Include:

- ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC, ARNP)

- Active licensure and DEA registration in Washington and Oregon

- Master of Science in Nursing with Advanced Training in Psychiatry

- Postgraduate Fellowship in Behavioral Health

Over 10 years of experience in healthcare, including more than 2 years providing outpatient psychiatric care in the PNW.

Prior nursing experience across both medical and behavioral health settings, providing a strong foundation for whole-person care
