Insurance & Fees

VG Psychiatry PLLC accepts a limited number of insurance plans. Please contact the office directly to confirm whether your plan is in-network. If you are using insurance, you are responsible for any copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles as determined by your plan.

For those not using insurance, fee-for-service (self-pay) options are available. Payment is due at the time of service, and a detailed statement (superbill) can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate (GFE)

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choose not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges for services. This estimate will be provided in writing before your appointment upon request and will outline anticipated costs for your care.

The Good Faith Estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain services, but it is designed to help you understand and plan for potential costs.
